Terms of service

  • You will receive confirmation of your arrival window the day before and on the day of your appointment via email and text message.

  • Please ensure access to a working electrical outlet.

  • By scheduling a service, you acknowledge familiarity with the safe operation of your barbecue grill, whether powered by propane, charcoal, gas, wood, or electricity.

  • You understand that during the cleaning, repair, or handling of barbecues, especially older ones, parts may be rusted or corroded. These components may disintegrate, break, or fall apart upon contact. While care will be taken to prevent this, we are not responsible for any resulting damage.

  • When working on surfaces, including barbecue islands, pre-existing issues such as loose or cracked tiles, grout, or other imperfections may not be visible. We cannot guarantee that these or other materials, including stainless steel, enamel, or manufacturer components, will remain unchanged or unaffected by our service. Rust, carbon, discoloration, and other stains may not be fully removable through cleaning.

  • Clients are responsible for any additional service costs, including but not limited to parking and parts.

  • Poor weather conditions (rain, snow, freezing temperatures, etc.) may necessitate rescheduling.

  • We cannot be held liable for any work time lost due to service rescheduling, regardless of the reason.

  • You agree to inspect your grill for gas leaks prior to use after a cleaning service.

  • Basic safety guidelines can be found in your grill's user manual.

  • All sales are final.

  • We accept debit, credit, e-transfer, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

  • While we do not require a deposit to book your BBQ cleaning service, cancellations made with less than 72 business hours' notice will incur a non-refundable service fee of $100CAD. This policy allows us to accommodate other customers effectively.

  • If our technician arrives at your location and you are a no-show, do not answer calls, or fail to respond to messages, a fee of $100 CAD will be charged to cover the technician’s time and travel expenses.

Late Fee Policy

Payment for all services is due upon completion. If payment is not received within 7 calendar days of the invoice date, a one-time late fee of $25 CAD will be applied. This ensures timely payment and helps us continue providing excellent service to all our clients.
